"BRING THEM HOME"is by far my favorite Burns Sisters track, ever. You will think I’m even crazier
than usual but for me, this is kind of like a modern Chiffons record; there is something about the harmonies
that is pure “He’s So Fine.” (If I know any higher praise, I’m not familiar with it.)

New York Times - Performer's Blurb

To the Editor: I am a performer, not a critic, but because I had a following in Dallas, the promoters
of the show there asked me to contribute a quote to help sell tickets for the singing-songwriting trio
the Burns Sisters. I love the Burns Sisters: they are beautiful, have that harmony thing that only family
members have, and happen to have big heads of gorgeous hair. So this is the quote I gave them: "The Burns
Sisters: great voices, great songs, great hair. I hate them!" I don't know who made the mistake, but the
newspaper ads and posters carried this quote instead: "The Burns Sisters: I Hate them!" - Christine Lavin.
Fortunately the mistake drew more attention than the original ad would have, and they sold out. Whew!

All Music Guide

"Marie, Annie and Jeannie Burns continue their blend of sweet vocals, countrified pop-rock, and
diary-inspired tales of longing, love, loss, regret and affirmation."

Syracuse New Times

"If I could split myself in three I would be the Burns Sisters."

Janis Ian

"Beautiful harmonies, emotional lyrics, joyous, uplifting, catchy tunes and a sweet,
spu
nky sound that is part folk, part rock, part country and all heart."
